Lead a Believe Chapter

The Believe Leadership Course (BLC) is a student-run extracurricular program within the Believe Initiative. The BLC works towards teaching important leadership, entrepreneurship and mental wellness skills to high school students.

Schools create their own BLC Chapter, which is led by a student Chapter Head volunteer. The course can be run virtually, or in-person, and consists of leadership sessions that guide members through the development of their own Passion Projects.  The course culminates with students presenting their projects at a Chapter Inspiration Fair!

Step 1

The BLC runs throughout the school year. Chapters can start anytime between October 1 – February 27, and all Chapters will wrap in the Spring. For the most accurate application deadline, check the form linked below.

Step 2

Find a friend to apply with you! Having a Co-Chapter Head helps to share the responsibilities of running a Chapter

Step 3

Apply! The sooner you apply, the more time you have to complete training, launch your Chapter, and host sessions. Application consists of 2 written questions and 1 video answer.

Step 4

Once your application is received, the BLC Admin team will review your submission. We look for written answers that are well-thought out and a video that shows enthusiasm!

Step 5

If accepted, you will complete the mandatory Chapter Head training which consists of 5 x 30min videos and 5 accompanying manuals.

Step 6

You will then receive all the resources, templates, lesson materials and tools needed to launch your Chapter!
